84mm BoaI’ve been using these for about 6 months. Overall they are great. I have wide feet and there is a hot spot that will cause a blister after a few hours of skating on my left foot. Iam currently upgrading to a hard boot but no plans on selling these. I’ll keep them for backups!

Intermediate skater's skateThis skate is ideal for those who know how to skate. This boot is pure comfort the BOA lace system is ideal for an even feel, but secure. The brakes take some time to break in. I'm already eyeing my next pair of K2 skates, and my current pair isn't 60 days old.

Good overallThe rollerblades are good overall some pros are if it’s really good even on my very wide feet you can turn very nicely if you get new wheels it’s quick and easy to put on and when you’re doing some jumps, it has a lot of support some cons are you will need to get new wheels if you are serious about skating. The top is a little loose, you will need to readjust the tightening every once in a while, but overall, these are very good skates. I do recommend them for skating around.

Great starting skates with a caveatI have weird-shaped feet. Getting skates to fit snug is a hellacious task, but the BOA system is amazing and gets a perfect fit every time I put the skates on. My only complaint is that K2 provides 80A wheels, which just are...not great for fitness skating. You WILL have to upgrade your wheels sooner rather than later if you're serious about skating

3 months inI bought these skates in size 9 mens about 3 months ago, and use them indoors on a rink at least once a week for 2 and a half hours, sometimes going twice a week for another 2.5 hr to 5 hr session. I skate fast and weave a lot but don't really do crazy jumps or dancing. When I first got them, I found they were a little loose, and considered buying some padded socks or inserts to help them fit better (I already wear two socks on each foot while skating), I also considered if it was possible to send them back after the first skating session. I ended up keeping them and they seem to fit quite nicely now, although in some sessions I do end up adjusting them multiple times as the session goes on. I usually wear both a 9 and 9.5 in shoes and ordered a 9 in these skates, could've maybe ordered an 8 but I wasn't quite convinced enough to try and send them back (also didn't want to give up the new toy). Some complaints I have: -The frames seem longer than they need to be. I was looking for an 80 or 84 mm max wheel size frame this time because I skate at a smaller rink now, and I wanted the increased control I should have from smaller wheels AND a shorter wheelbase. But the wheelbase isn't any shorter than the 90 mm Roces I had, so not the change I was looking for. I'm pretty sure the frame has enough extra spacing to fit 90mm wheels everywhere except for the second wheel where the hump of the boot is. So I don't understand this design choice, if they advertise as fitting max 84mm wheels then it should have a shorter wheelbase/frame, or they should change the boot slightly to thin that area where the hump is, and say that the boots can fit 90mm but come with an 84mm. -I would've preferred that they shipped with harder wheels, as I mostly skate indoors -After 3 months, the front right wheel has been heavily molded or something and much of the material that was previously there has now been worn away, leaving an extremely slanted (but still skatable) wheel. I'm not sure if this is due to crossovers, braking/spins, or faulty manufacturing but I will probably try and get a replacement wheel. Overall, these feel like an upgrade from my old Roces Xenon 2.0 90mm I bought many years ago. The BOA laces work well.
