Overview
The FR Skates FR3 80 Skates - Blue has everything you need for FReeride and FReestyle skating. They have integrated aluminum frame mounting blocks which give great energy transfer with extruded aluminum X2R frames. The frames are rockerable as you can adjust the front and rear wheels' positions by rotating the axles. They hold 4x80mm 85A Downtown wheels with FR Twincam MW7 Freeride bearings inside, providing a smooth roll in urban terrain.
Inside the boots, they hold removable insoles and liners that are nicely padded with Drylex Memory Foam. The boots have three closures with standard lacing, a cuff buckle, and a 45-degree ratchet buckle. They do not come with a brake attached but they are compatible with FR Skates 4W Brake Mount.

Sizing Chart
GENERAL SKATE SIZING GUIDELINES | |
---|---|
Measure both feet with socks similar to those in which you intend to skate. Then use the measurement of the longest point and reference the model-specific size chart to determine size. How to Measure Your Feet for Skates. | |
Proper fit has the toes not being cramped against the front. Toes may slightly brush the front as heels will settle back when in the skating position. Try on skates indoors while in a seated position. Lace and buckle both skates, tap your heels to the floor, and then stand and bend your knees to simulate the skating position. How to Try on Inline Skates for Fit. | |
FR liners break in with skate time to free up more room. A snug fit from the start is good. * FR is doing a running change to adjust the US size on these sizes to more closely correspond with the measurements for that size. The skate box (or tongue) may read either US size during this change, but the sizing of the skate is the same (EU, MP, and CM). |
