SpeedBlade XS Tongue System
An easy and secure clip system gives you the ability to purchase one of three aftermarket CCM tongues. Slim is the lightest and slimmest, which reduces weight and increases internal volume. Boy have the times changed. This review probably isn't super well-informed since I haven't played ice hockey in over a decade. Getting back into the game, I had seen good reviews of this model so I went for it. These skates are super light, comfortable out of the box, and easy to break in. As compared to my dad's 20+ year old pair of Bauers, the difference is night and day. Compared to everything else out on the market right now, not so sure. But how much more can you ask for than comfort and weight (or lack thereof)?
