Bont Waxed Skate Laces are suitable replacements for roller skates, inline skates, or shoes that are made from high-quality fibers. In addition to being abrasion and moisture resistant, they are treated with a high-performance wax so that the laces stay tied and tight. Bont laces have molded tips made from the same material as the laces that will help prevent fraying over time and are much more durable due to the absence of a plastic or metal aglet.
LACE WIDTH
There is no set rule, so choose what suits you! 6mm laces are often used on figure skates and outdoor recreation skates while 8mm laces are usually seen on derby, hockey, and inline speed skates.

Sizing Chart
Lace sizing depends on several factors, including the model of shoe/skate and individual preferences like pattern and length. The surest way to get the right length is to measure an existing lace; the chart below can be used as a guideline.
For Bont Skates & Boots: Bont recommends 71" laces for Bont boot sizes 6.0 - 13.5 (EU38 - 47). Order 59" laces for smaller boot sizes and 79" for larger boot sizes. ALL sizes of Bont ParkStar boots use 79" laces.
Inaccurate sizing chart?I do not recommend using the provided chart for length when ordering these. My laces are way too long. I should have had a 71/72 inch lace for derby skates but instead I have 96.

The waxiestI've tried a handful of laces. These are the most waxy, & they stay in place the best. They also come in a bazillion colors and length combos, and are relatively cheap. I'm a fan.

8mm - White - 71 in.I like the rigidity the wax gives to these laces. Length is better than the stock usd sway team 4 skate laces. Having more length to tighten your skates is a plus in my book. Deducted 1 star because I wish the tips of the laces were protected with the little plastic wrapping the end, but for the price it’s not a deal breaker.
