Overview
The Bont Avenger Hardcore Inline Wheel is the first mass-produced aluminum hub inline racing wheel. Produced by MPC for Bont, and using their patented high rebound flex band, this ultra-high performance race wheel recorded the highest ever rebound score of any wheel MPC has ever produced. That is because the aluminum alloy hub, which is machined both before and after anodizing to ensure a clean bearing fit, offers a far more rigid foundation for rebound than plastic or nylon hubs. Advanced engineering software was used to perfect the design of the hub, which features a mechanical lock that keeps the urethane tire from dislodging from the hub. The Avenger has a full 24mm wheel width and is one of, if not the fastest inline speed wheels in the world!
Note: Aluminum hub wheels are more precise than plastic hub wheels so you will need to use 10.2mm spacers, such as Bont's Gold Self Centering Spacers, between the bearings. Regular 10.35mm spacers will work but may be noisy when skating. A bearing press is a recommended for inserting and removing bearings.
