The Aegis Interceptor Pro-G Goalie Neck Guard provides a ton of added protection to puck and stick impacts without hindering mobility or comfort. Trusted by professional athletes, D3O Smart Foam layered with D3O Lite adapts to impact energy, applying greater resistance the harder the impact. It remains soft and pliable in its natural state so that it moves and flows with you all game long.
There are a total of four D3O inserts located in the neck, clavicle, and chest for optimal coverage. They can all be removed to reduce drying time and allow the shell to be thrown into the washing machine. The D3O neck insert can also be trimmed down so you can dial in the coverage and customize your fit.
The internal liner of the neck guard also boasts DuPont Kevlar Fibers for added cut protection to skate blades. Finally, a Velcro closure ensures an easy fit and in-game adjustments.
