The 187 Pro Wrist Guards are a bit more articulated to protect your hand and wrist with quality materials. They allow free finger movement by ending at the knuckle so that you can use your hands in tricks or check you phone a bit easier. They have a "spoon" shaped splint that covers a wider area of the palm and wrist with an ergonomic feel and foam padding inside to disperse energy from impacts. They have double wrist straps that provide a super secure feel with a top adjustable strap for security and fit.

Dries quickly but scratchyI swapped to these wrist guards from the Smiths Pro ones because they are shorter and I didn't like the neoprene material on the Smiths. I like the Velcro closure on these. The inside is a little scratchy though. When my hands get sweaty at practice, these seem to have a lot of friction and sometimes my palms feel a little raw afterward. They have the front and back splint. Very sturdy.
