Comments: The openings at the top and bottom of these elbow pads run small. I've never worn anything other than a small or medium elbow pad. I got a medium in these and could barely get them on. The elbow joint area seemed like it would fit okay. However, the top and bottom were cutting off circulation to my bicep and forearm, especially the top. I have an older different style set of 187 elbow pads in medium that fit fine. I also have some Smith Scabs in S/M. I didn't like the redesign on those hence my trying these. Looks like I'll be returning. Other than the fit issue, these are bulkier than some elbow pads. I expected and was fine with that. If you are looking for a more streamlined fit try a different style. These seem like they'd be really good protection if it weren't for the fit issue I had.
