Free Skate Returns
We provide free return shipping on all skate orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Just let us know within 7 calendar days of receipt, and a UPS return label will be sent direct to your email. Beyond that, or for items other than skates, you may return if in new condition and in original packaging for up to 1 year! Return instructions are included on the back of your shipment invoice with 2 options; either ask for an exchange of the item returned for one you prefer or we can credit your original payment method. No re-stocking fees. Simple.

You have 365 days from the date of your invoice to return your purchase to InlineWarehouse.com for an exchange or to receive a full refund. Items need to be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. IW charges no re-stocking fees when returned, nor do we charge handling charges going out.
Real Time Inventory Levels
The inventory levels shown on the InlineWarehouse.com website are accurate and up to date. You can rest assured that the information you see online is what we have in stock. The "in-stock" column next to where you would enter the quantity of that item you want to order, tells if the item is in stock by either a "yes" or "1+" meaning more than one. Items not in stock provide a lead-time telling how many days it would take to get that item to our warehouse. If out of stock and already on its way, the estimated date of arrival at our warehouse is shown. All this information is provide BEFORE you add it to your cart.
