As packaging is ruined for components like frames and bearings when building custom skates, we are not able to allow returns on custom skate purchases.

Exchanges due to sizing are OK as long as the standard exchange policy requirements are met. Those requirements include that the item be in like new condition and all parts are included with original box (no shipping labels on the box please). You may either order unassembled, or send back the complete skates for us to switch to a new boot for you.
