All orders placed before 2:30pm Pacific Standard Time, are shipped that same day (excludes weekends and holidays). Orders made after 2:30PM PST on Friday or on the weekend, are shipped out the next business day.

Any shipment over $99 qualifies for free ground shipping. Offer valid for U.S. Customers only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Otherwise, ground shipping is a low flat rate of just $7.50.

Re-Routing of a package after shipment is subject to a $15 service charge.

Order discrepancies. Should there be a discrepancy with your order, you are required to notify IW within 48 hours of delivery.

Oversized Packages May Be Split to Accommodate Size. Due to packaging constraints or restrictions, it may not be possible to ship oversized items such as sticks, shafts, wheel bags or leg pads with other items. While we can ship several sticks together, we cannot ship sticks with products like helmets and skates. If having to split an order, you would be responsible for shipping on any package under $99. An email will be sent to you for your approval should we have to split. We will fit anything we can into one package when possible. Please call or email info@inlinewarehouse.com with any questions.

Delivery delays due to weather or other actions deemed beyond the shippers control are not eligible for refund.

Standard Overnight delivers the next business day normally by 4:30pm.

Priority Overnight delivers by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas. Saturday delivery is available on Priority Overnight packages plus a $12.50 Saturday Delivery Fee.

UPS 2nd Day Air delivers in 2 business days from the day your order ships (may take 3 days for parts of Alaska and Hawaii). Guaranteed.

UPS 3 Day Select delivers in 3 business days from the day your order ships. Guaranteed.

Ground may take up to 5 business days from the day your order ships. Those destinations closer to California take a shorter amount of time. Ground times are not guaranteed.

Priority Mail delivers in approximately 3-7 business days from the day your order shipped. Military & PO Box addresses must use Priority Mail. No tracking available.
