Can my gift certificate expire? No, but we would like it redeemed in a reasonable time frame.

Why isn't sales tax added to gift certificate orders? Gift certificates are like cash and are not taxable. All products purchased with a gift certificate are taxable if applicable.

Can I order a gift certificate in my local currency? No, gift certificates may be purchased in US dollars only.

Can I add a message to my gift certificate order? Yes, please check the gift message option when placing your order.

Can my paper gift certificate be shipped overnight delivery? Yes, shipping charges will depend on your location and whether you have added additional product to your order.

Will I receive an email confirmation for a mailed gift certificate? Yes, all Inline Warehouse orders receive a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours.

Will I need a password to redeem my gift certificate over the phone? No, to redeem a gift certificate over the phone you will need your gift certificate number only.

Can I specify how much of my gift certificate I would like to use? No, our sales system will use available credit to pay for all products, including shipping on your order. If your order total exceeds available credit you will be asked for an additional method of payment to cover the total cost of your order. If your order total is lower than available credit, your remaining credit will be saved in our sales system and available to be used on future orders.

Can I use a gift certificate to pay for my COD order? No, gift certificates cannot be used to pay for COD orders.
