The X24 blocker utilizes a new bindingless construction to dramatically decrease the wear that occurs on the edges of the blocker, greatly improving its longevity. Synthetic leather materials are used throughout all of the high wear areas giving the blocker nice durability. Nylon materials are used on the underside of the blocker, cuff and thumb guard for added strength and lightweight qualities. The palm is constructed from a durable emboss synthetic leather material for added grip and better stick handling. Premier graphics and logos have been all screen printed on the X24, offering the same look as the pros.

The blocker board on the X24 is constructed with a thick dual density foam and plastic core that helps improve rebound control. Reebok's pre-curved shape on the outer rim of the blocker board and helps prevent puck skip-over. A large inside thumb and reinforced wrist protection helps the goalie close off the 6th hole. A large 7-piece wraparound finger system protects your hand and fingers with a large side flap that molds to the paddle of the stick. Locking your wrist in place is a leather wrist strap and detached articulating cuff that allows better wrist mobility.
