Cut Protection Level

The Vaughn Velocity V5 7460 Goalie Blocker offers goaltenders a more traditional design and performance protection up to the advanced levels of ice hockey. The Velocity 7460 blocker has been optimized allowing the board position to stay more square to the shooter presenting a larger blocking surface.
High end materials are used on the 7460 Vaughn blocker ensuring really good durability as well as improved protective qualities. The Velocity V5 graphics are stitched on giving this piece of goalie equipment a very authentic look and feel. Vaughn has incorporated a new side shield design that increases the coverage area and improves the overall protection. The bottom edge of the blocker board is tapered to reduce wear and adds crucial coverage when in the paddle down position. Finger protection comes from the two-piece articulating high density foam flaps with plastic inserts. Finger protection wraps around the tips of your fingers ensuring full coverage from slashing. The 7460 goalie blocker has a reinforced thumb constructed with molded poly plastic offering advanced level protection. The palm has been reinforced with two layers of leather, adding to the durability and comfort. The palm is vented using an air mesh material, great for keeping your hands cooler and dryer during the game.
