The Vaughn Velocity V6 800 Goalie Blocker is designed for the younger goaltender and has been constructed with less mass in the blocker board to reduce weight and a more flexible cuff to maximize mobility.
The Velocity V6 800 boasts an incredibly lightweight design, utilizing a blocker board that uses beveled edges to help reduce weight and improve overall balance. The blocker hand is covered by a protective shield, creating addition stiffness and ensuring that the hand is protected from puck and slash related impacts. The palm is constructed with a dual nash layer that helps greatly increase durability while remaining comfortable. The articulating cuff on the blocker helps increase wrist protection and helps the blocker seal with the chest protector, reducing the chance of injury. The adjustable wrist strap allows the goaltender to customize the fit to perfectly accommodate different sized hands.
