Comments: The Shock Doctor jock and cup combo is the best. The jock is even snug enough for sports where the cup
isn't necessary, and it has a narrower waistband that makes it good under swimwear. However, Shock Doctor adult sizes run a bit
small. Usually I wear a medium size in jock and regular adult cup, but with this brand I find the large size jock and XL cup (dark
blue) to be a better fit. I am small build, too. I suggest buying one size up. Product is the best, but keep size in mind

Comments: Users should be aware of the fact that the cup runs a bit small, at least in the adult sizes. The XL or dark
blue trimmed cup might be a more comfortable fit than the standard adult cup (black). Many guys have said this.
