Overview

KT Elastic Sports Tape is lightweight, comfortable and able to treat and/or prevent countless common injuries.  Applied along muscles, ligaments, and tendons (soft tissue areas), KT Tape will provide stability and support for joints by providing an external layer of support around the joint.  Easy to apply in pre-cut strips to your legs, knees, ankles/feet, back, neck/shoulder and arms.  KT Elastic Sports Tape Pro is designed to be used in training, during game time, and during recovery. Step-by-step instructions provided. Designed to stay in place for up to 3 days.

By applying KT Tape over affected tissue, athletes experience an external support which helps to prevent further injury and allows the body’s damaged tissue to rest and heal naturally despite continued activity. Comments: I first tried KT tape after coming back from an elbow injury & one of the guys on our team who is a physical therapist recommended this tape. Very skeptical before trying it thinking regular trainers tape could do the same job, but this tape is very different in terms of elasticity & support. I would definitely recommend it.
If you're unsure of how to tape the area, try Youtube for proper way to apply.
