Most hockey sticks are rectangular. This rectangular shape is not the most ideal shape to fit comfortably in the hand. The Oggie Ergo grip is anatomically designed to fit comfortably in the hand resulting in improved stick control including a more powerful shot.
  • Easily installs - Insert the Oggie stick end plug into the hollow composite stick/shaft with the supplied hot melt glue. Just like a replacement wood end plug. Click on the View Large Image icon to see instructions.
  • Fits most hollow composite sticks or shafts
  • Provides 6 1/2" of extension
  • Rubber coated with X pattern for added grip
  • Flex-Point® System:
    • Flex grooves are built into the composite structural core of the grip
    • Allows the stick to be cut to a point, if needed, and still maintain it's original flex pattern - Normally when a stick is cut, the flex of the stick will become stiffer.
    • Oggie grips not only put the flex back into the stick, but they also enhance the flex
  • Tests have proven the Oggie Ergo grip will improve stick control and the speed of shots
  • NHL™ approved
  • Available in 2 sizes: Senior and Intermediate/Junior

Comments:When I practiced stick handling, my control hand kept getting fatigued and lost grip a lot. I figured this would help, since it's ergonomically designed. There's a big difference and the grip is friendlier to your gloves. Also, don't worry about cutting your stick and losing flex -- the grip adds it back, just as advertised.

Comments:Wasn't sure if I was going to like it, but this grip is incredible.
From: Sammy Oxford, MA

Comments:If the grip is loose after installing, you may need to remove grip, shim with white cloth tape, add more hot melt glue, and reinstall.
