The Mission SLYDE Series Goalie Leg Pads offer pro-rated performance and are specifically designed to bring a whole new experience to the game with their new SLYDE technology. For the first time Mission's SLYDE construction allows roller hockey goaltenders to slide along the playing surface emulating ice hockey play.

Mission's unique SLYDE construction features molded plastic inserts located on the inside knee, shin and boot gussets that allow the goalie leg pads to glide effortlessly along the playing surface. These leg pads are specifically designed for roller hockey butterfly style goalies, focusing on coverage and mobility. The SLYDE goalie leg pads are constructed with a pre-curved multi-flex flat face design that helps shorten the break-in process and the flat face improves rebound control. Mission's square profile design provides maximum net coverage and the tapered toe allows the goalkeeper to seamlessly transition into the butterfly position with ease. The Mission SLYDE leg pads use an angled outer roll provides solid coverage and helps directs rebounds away from the goal.

Mission is using their integrated under pant thigh protector helping seal the gap between the pant and the leg pad. The contoured thigh protector design offers wrap around protection and the moisture wicking liner keeps you more comfortable. Mission's adjustable knee lock system or AKL for short allows goaltenders to get a customizable fit at the knee. The AKL gives goalies the option to move the entire inner layer of the knee stack to make the pads fit perfectly to your leg. The ergonomic leg channel design allows the leg pad to rotate with ease when dropping down in to the butterfly position and allows the pads to sit closer to the playing surface.

The strapping system includes two adjustable nylon thigh straps, three leather leg straps and one leather boot strap that provides the desired fit.
