The Mission SLYDE Series Goalie Blocker is extremely lightweight yet offers pro level roller hockey protection. The SLYDE blocker is geared towards the butterfly style goaltender but will benefit any style of play because of the lightweight protective materials used.

The Mission SLYDE blocker is constructed from high grade synthetic leather and various advanced protective foams for absorbing shot impacts. Mission is using an ultra thin blocker board design that provides great coverage without unnecessary weight. The curved profile of the blocker board along with the loose fitting mesh cuff greatly improves wrist mobility. The blocker boards curved profile gives goaltenders more control over rebounds and the angled backside improves paddle down position. Mission's maximum coverage side hand protection safely protects against shot taken to the inner side of the blocker. Medium density foam reinforce with a molded poly thumb guard safely protects the goalies thumb from shots, slashing, and protects against hyperextension. Mission's lightweight HEX foam technology delivers excellent protection without the weight and is used to protect the wrist and fingers.

The Mission SLYDE blocker incorporates a reinforced Nash and LYCRA® leather palm for additional durability. In addition to impact absorption, the reinforced grip improves stick feel. Nylon mesh fingers provides two things, reduces weight and ensures maximum breathability. 

The Mission SLYDE goalie blocker provides excellent protection and the ultra lightweight design maximizes goaltending potential.
