Cut Protection Level

This is the general level of protection against cuts.
- Minimum: Basic protection suitable for competitive play
- Standard: Balanced protection for intense gameplay. Protects against more severe cuts.
- Maximum: Highest level of cut resistance for elite gameplay. Ideal for competitive adult hockey and designed for the biggest and fastest players.

The Mylec 7000 Ultra Lite Goalie Blocker junior is specifically designed for street hockey or entry level roller hockey. The Mylec 7000 goalie blocker is scaled down proportionately to accommodate younger goaltenders.
The Mylec 7000 Ultra Lite blockers use a synthetic leather material in the face, with additional leathers stitched on for a high quality look. The majority of the backside uses a dense nylon material to provide excellent durability for the street hockey goalies. The inside of the blocker uses a soft material that provides an extremely comfortable feel to the hand. Mylec has used a Nash-like leather in the palm with dual layers in the higher wear areas to give a great feel on the goalie stick.
The Mylec 7000 blocker gives consumers solid protection at a great value price. In the blocker board, Mylec has used a thick design to dampen shots. That board also uses a curved profile to help control rebounds. For finger protection, Mylec has used a dense foam layer with a split finger design so your grip is not effected. Mylec also beefed up the thumb protection with a plastic insert. The Mylec 7000 blocker has an inner flap to provide additional protection to the hand.
