The Easton Synergy Pro Wood hockey blade offers a traditional wood blade feel. Easton has used a high-gade hickory hosel to offer increased strength with a traditional blade feel. This is a great blade for players that find composite blades to be 'too lively'.

Comments: I hope Easton never stops making these wood blades. They offer a lot bang for the buck. They are cheap, durable enough to use for ice, roller, or street hockey lighter than some composite blades and offer more feel for the puck. IMO: give me a wood blade in a high quality shaft everday over a bargain or mid price OPS. I think that combo can compete with OPS approaching $200, are more durable, offer more variety, are still usable if the blade breaks and are cheaper too.
