The CCM FitLite FL80 Hockey Helmet with Cage is an ideal choice for players looking for elite-level protection without the big price tag. The CCM FL80 helmet features the 2nd generation R.E.D. System, which is designed to better dissipate rotational impacts. These liquid-filled bladders diminish the amount of energy the head sustains when hit at an angle, because it allows the helmet to move slightly independent of the head. The two-piece, high-density PE shell and PETG subshell feature a tool-free adjustment system and thorough ventilation with the strategic air vents through the helmet.

The R.E.D. System sits on top of high-grade EPP foam that has bemole an industry standard for lightweight, elite protection. This EPP foam does an excellent job of dissipating high-energy impacts sustained during a game. CCM also added lycra laminated comfort cushions to provide maximum comfort. This caged combo comes with the new FitLite FL80 facemask featuring flat, carbon-steel wires for an aggressive look and excellent on-rink vision.
