The Bauer Vapor X700 Shin Guards is the entry level shin guard with the perfect amount of protection and mobility for the recreational hockey player. With a comfortable and removable interior foam liner, the X700 provides comfort and additional impact protection that is removable for quick drying. The hard plastic exterior is complemented by medium density foams around the exterior and a plastic insert in the calf wrap overlay.

Comments: Great shin guard, great value. Fits comfortably and offers good protection, has a large calf protection pad. The removable/washable liner is nice, and I really like the location of the straps. For me it fits more secure compared to the wider strap style of the Supreme and Nexus. I'm 6'0" 185 lbs and really like the tapered shape of the Vapor. The size/shape of the Supreme is ok, the Nexus (for me) is much too wide. Really happy with this purchase.
