Cut Protection Level

The Bauer Reactor 4000 Goalie Blocker has been scaled down to fit intermediate goaltenders and offers advanced level protection. The Reactor 4000 goal blocker is designed for goaltenders that are constantly challenging the shooter and are willing to do whatever it takes to make the save.
The Reactor 4000 blocker is constructed using durable synthetic leather throughout, improving the overall durability. The blocker board is constructed from foam and plastic inserts, providing solid deflections and shot impact protection. The blockers curved profile allows the goaltender to have full range motion improves rebound control. The tapered edge along the bottom improves the goalkeepers paddle-down position and helps when picking up the stick. Bauer's large side hand panel is constructed with an HD foam insert that fully protects the side of the hand and wrist areas. Bauer's split finger HD foam guards provide solid wrap around protection without restricting hand mobility.
The palm on the Bauer Reactor 4000 goalie blocker is constructed with reinforced Nash leather providing excellent durability and vibration dampening. Air mesh materials are used on the finger and side hand gusseting ensuring sufficient airflow for the goaltenders stick hand. Additional backhand protection comes from the internal hand bridge pad.
Intermediate goaltenders will benefit from the scaled down size and weight reductions as well as the advanced foams and durable materials used.
