The Revision Vanquish skate brings an innovative frame to the game. The Vanquish skate is mounted with the C-Note™ frame which fits a 100mm wheel!!! The larger wheel set-up, (3) 76mm wheels and (1) 100mm wheel, allows the Vanquish skate to have more stopping power, higher top-end speed and is more energy efficient. The collection of the large wheels provide an oversized "footprint" when these wheels flex in turns and stopping. And when rolling, larger wheels just cover more ground per roll.

Comments:Love these skates, have had them for almost a year now. The wheels broke after a lot of use, suprising since the back one is so big. Breaking in was pretty hard, i just used padded tape for blister points. Best thing to do is bake them, since its listed on the package that you can. i know i should have. the back wheel takes a little time getting used to when rotating from front to backwards skating. Revision company is very nice i broke a wheel after replacing the back ones, emailed them and they sent me two wheels for free. one draw back for the wheels also is if you break during game you have to replace with another 100mm wheel. Definetly has increased my speed over all and take off speed. I learned how to stop very good, and turn very fast on these. They are about to come out with new 100mm wheels soon, im looking forward to what this company has to offer. couldnt be happier with these skates.

Comments:I like the Revision Vanquish skates and I would recommend them to anyone thinking about purchasing them. I am 6', 220 lbs. and I purchased them thinking that they would be allow me to be more aggressive in tight turns. My last skates were Baur and the vanquish skates felt more responsive and were more stable. The wheels showed very little wear after the season. I did get a blister but that went away when I baked the skate and put in waxed laces. Pros Smooth, fast and incredibly stable at high speeds and in tight turns. Cons boot ugly

Comments:Just to clarify, I am 6'2", 200lbs and I am a very agressive skater and I play roller hockey twice a week for abou 2.5-3 hrs per night and these skates are by far the best skates I've had, and this is at least my 10th pair. I find that I can turn in behind the net full speed without any hesitation and stopping in the same manner as on ice skates is quite a bit more effective than it was with my rbk 8k pumps's I had before these. I have had them for 3.5 months now and I just rotated the wheels last week, normally I'd have torn my wheels all to hell and replaced them completly by now. All I can say is I am really impressed and glad that I tried something new, well worth the money.

Comments:pros: high ankles, looks, high rear wheel for instant speed, very rugged cons: breaking in gave me blisters like bullet holes
