Comments:If you are a big person by any means, do not buy these skates... I'm 6 ft 4 and about 200 lbs and bought these skates. the frames dent into the outsole causing your frames to point outward over time.... only took 4 or 5 uses on the skate for them to actually affect skating. I would not recommend these skates. I bought them as a budget skate because I was short a bit of cash and I deeply regret it now. Get a skate with a composite outsole...

Comments:I had not played for many years and was getting back into the sport so I was looking for a good recreational hockey skate that did not break the bank. Mission CSX has been a great choice. I have used these for a few months now on an outdoor concrete surface rink and they are going strong. Wheels are indoor/outdoor, so I wore them down after a few months and have changed to outdoor wheels. I baked the skates when I got them and I added Superfeet footbeds and they have been very comfortable. Break in was very fast. Sizing can be tricky. I wear a 12.5 shoe and bought size 10 skates. Fit is good for me and even have room to spare.
