The Tempest 90 is durable and responsive while still lightweight and comfortable. Constructed with strategic support placement to enhance your skating stride, give less fatigue and allow you to skate better and longer. Comments: The frames are adjustable to help prevent your pronation. Loosen the frame
bolts and pull the frame at the rear mount all the way in. Then pull the frame at the
front mount fo the frame is between your big toe (first toe) and second toe, and then
tighten firmly. This should help a lot.
I own these skates and have also used full custom speed skates in the past. I think the
skates are overall excellant. They are designed for 'speed-style' skating, but with extra
ankle bracing. They work really well. The frames are adjustable and most skaters will
want to take advantage of this. Problem is there are no instructions for frame
balancing and this works best if you know what you're doing.
I have one minor quibble. The brake, which has excellant rubber, is too wide and
placed too low and completely interferes with sharp turns and crossovers intil it's worn
down. I use a power sander to make it work.

Comments: I found these skates to be a great fit for narrow feet. Loved the ratchet
cuff, great for adjusting on the move. The lacing held me quite firmly so
loved that. The down side which I didn't appreciate until now was the cuff
was too low for me because I have ankles that turn out, more so when I tire
and with previous skates I had a high cuff that held me in but I didn't
realize how much until now, even with strapping it's not enough so if you
have weak ankles don't get these or at least try before you buy. Otherwise
great speed (once bearings are broken in) and they look good.
