The Bauer Vapor X40 Goal pants have a pre-curved thigh panel with molded foam protection to give you solid protection in the frontside of the pants. Bauer has done a great job around the waist, giving plenty of protection in a tender area. The Bauer Vapor X:40 goalie pants offer a tailbone pad to reduce the impact if you fall backwards. The Vapor X40 goalie pants have a stiff poly and soft foam outer belly flap, which provides protection without limiting your mobility.The Vapor X40 goalie pants have a two-piece flexible upper protector which allows you to be fully covered even when crouched. Bauer has used a rear thigh flex cut on these pants which allows you to move your leg more freely.
Bauer has used a 200 Denier nylon for the majority of the pants, with a soft red interior liner. The soft red interior liner along with an outer padded nylon belt makes these pants have a very comfortable fit. Bauer has used a full motion mesh in the crotch and inner leg to allow you to stretch the pants to make a big save. The Vapor X40 goal pants have a removable lower thigh extension to provide extra thigh protection if necessary.
