- Measure the circumference of your head and find the corresponding size below.
- It is recommended that the Player wear CSA and HECC certified helmets. All CSA and HECC certified helmets have a sticker indicating their approval.
- Open your helmet to its largest setting and position on the head so that the rim is 1/4 inch above the eyebrow. Gradually begin to downsize the helmet until a comfortable snug fit is achieved.
