The Shock Doctor Knee Compression Sleeve With Open Patella Coverage is specially designed to prevent knee injuries that commonly occur in sports requiring rapid changing of direction.

The Knee Compression Sleeve has an anatomical pre-curved compression fit sleeve design with open Patella stabilizer and a breathable mesh window on the back of the knee that provides comfortable full-range of motion flex.  The lining of the sleeve has a no-slip silicone gripper pattern lining to prevent the sleeve from moving out of position.

The knee sleeve has convienient finger tabs that offer easy grip pulling when fitting, and the N-Tex™ air-flow vented neoprene provides moisture wicking compression for therapeutic warmth and healing.
