The Revision Variant Plus Hockey Wheels are a great improvement on their already awesome Variant wheels. Revision did this by using a better type of urethane on the outside part of the wheel to increase speed without losing durability. Like the original Variants, these Variant Plus wheels have the Torus Technology to provide maximum speed and grip using a layered urethane system. They even made the old Torus Technology better by using an enhanced and redesigned shape to give the best possible flex control for cuts/stops. The inner Torus ring was made using a higher rebound material than the original to give you even more agility than before.

Comments: These wheels are great!! At 180 lbs (probably closer to 200 with gear on) Ive been using the red wheels (74a) and after about 20 hours of moderately aggressive skating they aren't showing any real signs of wear yet or cracking. Ive definitely noticed the extra grip in the corners compared to the hornets I had been using previously. Will definitely consider another set of these if they continue to perform and last like they have been so far

Comments: I have been a huge fan of the Steel's as for a guy my size (6'210) they are the best all around wheel for grip, durability and speed. I just tried the blue Variant Plus and they are awesome. Not as fast, but more grip. Either wheel is 10X more durable than the Addiction and are the best wheels on the market

Comments: The Revision Variant Plus 74A Red wheels are solid wheels that offer great grip. I would recommend these wheels for anybody that is under 175 lbs, anybody heavier might feel that they are slow. I really like the way the wheels rebound. I cannot comment on durability as I have only skated with them twice, but I am happy with the performance!
