Comments: Great girdle. Padding is thick enough to protect, but low profile enough and breathable enough that it doesn't become too hot during outdoor play. It has a nice snug fit even with the built in cup, but at the same time still allows for great mobility. I'm 5'8" about 160 and I bought a medium and it fits great.
