Comments: They seem to run on the big side. I'm 5'10" 185 and I got the large and its pretty big on me. The waist has two adjustment straps on the side which is nice and the shin guard straps are really nice too. The material for the knees needs to be larger. Had these for about a month now and falling a hand full of times have already put holes in both legs just above where the knee material is. 4 out of 5
