Great for any sport where athletes experience friction. Designed to fit snugly under a thin sock or alone instead of barefoot. Great for any sport that is taxing on the feet. Even breaking in dress shoes. 3MM is designed to fill in large gaps that are left when wearing skates/shoes and to provide extra cushion around ankles.
