The CCM Vector 10 hockey gloves are the premier hockey gloves from CCM offering pro level performance.
CCM has used top quality foams for protection including EPP foams in the fingers and backhand. EPP foam is a very light foam that offers great high impact energy absorption. Often this foam is found on high-end helmets. CCM has also put a plastic insert in the cuff roll which is a nice touch.
CCM has used what they are calling an anatomical backhand design. This results in a more form fitting glove, offering a contoured fit. This reduces some of the negative space in the glove ensuring that the glove responds to all hand movement. The Vector 10 glove also has part of the cuff attached by elastic with the goal of increasing mobility. What this does is it allows part of the cuff to rest closer to the wrist offering better pad coverage without sacrificing much mobility in the process.
The V10 glove also features a soft liner that runs the length of the glove to the end of the fingers, resulting in a very comfortable fit. CCM has also applied a anti-microdial treatment to the palm and liner to reduce bacteria build up, working to tame the distinct smell of a hockey glove.
This glove also features top quality NHL† Nash leather palm with textured fingers. The additional grip from the fingers helps enhance stick control.
