The CCM U+ 04 Ice Hockey Pants are your basic ice hockey pants that offer good protection. The pants are lightweight, comfortable, and protective all at a great value.
The U+ 04's have the same molded PE hip and thigh guards with foam reinforcements as the U+ 12's to increase protection. The pants offer a double stitch side panel to increase the life and durability of the pants. The traditional fit allows for a snug fit around the hips but a loose feel around the legs to increase mobility.
