- On average use 1 time every week
- Old equipment may need 2-3 treatments but, after that only 1 time a week
- Do not saturate equipment just slightly dampen and let it dry

Comments: ery useful for anyone that skates a lot and has smelly skates. I'm into freestyle ice skating & my skates tend to get stinky every now and then. I like to spray it once or twice when i get home after a long 10 hours of skating on the weekends.
