The Bauer Vapor APX Adaptable Core Pad is a great alternative to the traditional bulky ice pant. The APX Adaptable Core Pad offers great protection and comfort.
The Core Pad has a flexible spinal guard with molded Vent Armor composite, HD foam kidney construction, and mod-density back panels. The Core Pad features Bauer's Vapor Free Flex system that incorporates free flex hip system and free flex segmented kidney construction.
The Core Pad also has adjustable anchor strap leg closures and Bauer's THERMO-MAX liner that wicks away moisture and controls odors. The Core Pad also has interior belt construction with buckle waist closure.

Comments: Hi, I'm Cody and I play in the Bantam rec league.I have upgraded from the Bauer x30 pants to the Bauer APX Adaptable Core Pad. The APX Adaptable Core Pad is a well padded and durable girdle. It is extremely lightweight and offers more mobility than any other pants on the market. You can also customize the pants any way you feel is comfortable. Comparing it to the x30's, these are much better in every way. They are more durable, lighter, more protective, and offer better fitting. I would recommend these pants to any hockey player out there.

Comments: The apx girdle definetly allows for more mobility than other pants. The protection has been increased from the x:60, and they are more comfortable and customizable than other pants.
