The Bauer Supreme TotalONE NXG Hockey Sticks are headlining the new 2012 Bauer Supreme line.  The TotalOne NXG stick features the Supreme Power Taper and a Amplified Mid-Kick, great for those slapshots and one-timers.  The TotalOne NXG also features a new blade using Bauer's patented Power Core 4 Blade Core and eLASTech Technology.

The TotalOne NXG stick features a amplified mid-kick using a softer upper and mid section while the lower part of the shaft is stiffer providing maximum energy output with minimum effort, great for slapshots and one-timers.  The Supreme Power Taper offers square double concave walls with a .520 taper to maximize loading with less torquing and twisting for more power and better control.  The TotalOne NXG stick uses Bauer's Monocomp Technology, a single molding process.  By removing any excess materials like over-lapping layers, resin, and foam waste, the balance of the stick is improved and the overall weight is reduced.  The TotalOne NXG stick also features TeXtreme® which an ultra lightweight but very strong carbon fiber.  It is 20% lighter than the conventional carbon but just as strong.

The TotalOne NXG features the Pure Shot Blade profile that expands the throat to increase blade rigidity resulting in a more powerful and more accurate shot.  The TotalOne NXG also features a new blade using Bauer's patented Power Core 4 Blade Core delivering great balance, power, and feel.  The Power Core 4 is reinforced with aramid fibers to provide an enhanced feel while the Aero foam provides torsional stiffness to prevent blade deflection increasing accuracy.  Bauer also used the eLASTech Technology.  A proprietary resin system reinforced with carbon nanotubes increase durability and reduce the micro-fractures, keeping the blades life and "pop life" longer.

Comments: Great stick...just got it and it amazing, nice flex, real light, and it has a really good kick to it. Your shot will improve a lot with this stick. I've had it for two weeks and within the first two ice times i was completely used to the stick and my shot felt a lot harder. I got the stamkos curve...its a great curve, great for passes, saucer passes, and a low hard shots. I'm a defense-man so i take a lot of slap-shots so i like a smaller curve that i can still shoot with and this is the perfect curve for that. Overall Great stick and i would suggest this stick to anyone, its a bit pricey but just wait until there is a sale going on and you'll be good!

If you want to look at all brands and/or want to search by general types of curves , then leave "Any Brand" selected. If you know which brand you wish to look at, select it and the following "Curve" tab will display specific brand curves to choose from.
Each curve brings forth different advantages: Toe curves are less common and are good for stick handling and shooting. Mid curves are the most popular and are recommended for beginners, they are good for puck handling, wrist and snap shots. Mid Heel curves are a combination of a mid and heel curves. Heel curves are good for slap shots, one timers, and back handers.
Choose between grip and non-grip coatings on the shaft. Grip texture allows for a more solid hold on the shaft while the non-grip coating allows the hands to change position more quickly.
Flex Profile:
Flex Profile
The low-kick flex profile is for the players looking for a quick shot release, ideal for wrist and snap shots. The mid-kick flex profile is for the player who puts a lot of lean into their wrist/slap shots and are looking for a powerful release on their shots. The variable-kick flex profile offers a constant flex profile allowing custom kick points depending on the placement of the player's lower hand.
Composite sticks are the most popular because they offer the best overall performance. Wood is the traditional material and offers the best puck feel. ABS is used in the blades to add durability for playing on rougher surfaces like concrete and asphalt.
