Comments: Never tried this stick before but the materials that it is
made from grabbed me. I have had this stick since January of 2012 and
played one season in a league and use it every Saturday in pick up
games. It is heavier than normal sticks and is a little blade heavy. The
nice thing is that if you want a stick that lasts this baby can take
some damage. It has nicks and dents but still very usable. The blade had
just started a large chip at the top of the toe but has not split and
cracked like any other stick would. For a roller hockey stick its not
bad for ice hockey. So far I am pleased.

The Alkali CA9 RPD hockey sticks are the flagship sticks offered by Alkali this year. The CA9 RPD stick uses the Vibration Dampening Coating (VDC) from head to toe giving the player increased puck feel as well as consistency while also reducing puck vibrations. This material has a slight rubber feel so the shaft and blade will have a grip texture throughout, the grip on the blade eliminates the necessity for tape too! The Senior length will be measured upon arrival but will be available in 85 and 100 flex.
